How long does shipping usually take?
For Karachi, we offer same-day or next-day delivery. For other major cities, it typically takes 2-4 business days depending on the courier partner.
Can I change my delivery address?
Addresses can only be modified before the order reaches the "Packed" status. Please contact our support team immediately for urgent changes.
My tracking ID isn't working yet.
Tracking IDs usually take 12-24 hours to become active in the courier's system after the order has been shipped. Please check back later or contact us.
